We’ve designed these challenges to help you keep fit whilst respecting social distancing advice. You can take on the challenges solo, with members or your household or other virtual #TeamBreathe teammates.
The Hope Half Hour
Raise money and give hope to people with lung conditions this New Year. We give an average of 30 minutes of support to everyone who reaches out for help. Will you walk 30 minutes every day this January?
Work your way up to your first 5K or smash your current PB by taking on our virtual 5K challenge.
Feel the burn with our squat challenge – gradually building up to 140 squats in just one day!
Join your virtual #TeamBreathe teammates pushing themselves to a full 10K. Run, jog, walk, hop…it’s up to you!
Press up challenge
Build up your strength and beat the isolation boredom with our press up challenge. Reach the milestone of 50 press ups in one day to become a #TeamBreathe hero!
Virtual Half Marathon
Challenge yourself to complete this 13.1 mile distance. You pick the time and place and we’ll support you all the way to that virtual finish line!
Or you could run the Official Virtual Great North Run, also a half marathon!
Get abs of steel* with our plank challenge! With the added benefits of better posture and improved performance in other exercises, what’s stopping you? *Abs of steel not guaranteed, sorry!
Become a fully-fledged member of #TeamBreathe by taking on the ultimate challenge – a virtual marathon. Lace up those trainers and complete the distance however suits you!

Challenge yourself to something different with the Asthma UK and British Lung Foundation’s Board at Home game.
The iconic trek to Everest Base Camp is 130km long. This January, you’ll have 31 days to walk your own 130km expedition. Are you up for the challenge?
