The Taskforce for Lung Health: we need your evidence
The Taskforce for Lung Health is a group of organisations and individuals with an interest in respiratory, working together to develop a 5-year plan for improving the nation’s lung health.
Lung disease is one of the top 3 killers, with the number of people dying from lung disease in the UK failing to improve over the past decade. Despite this, there is no plan currently in place to improve lung health or the care and services people receive.
Call for evidence
The taskforce has opened a call for evidence to identify what needs to change in how we prevent, diagnose and treat lung disease.
All researchers and clinicians are welcome to submit evidence.
If you are a member of the public or live with a lung condition, tell us about your experiences on our separate form.
In this first stage we’re looking for evidence linked to the prevention and diagnosis of lung disease. Please read the full guidance notes on what information we’re looking for before starting your response. You can submit your evidence below. This phase of the consultation will be open until Friday 30 March.
