We have partnered with Thrive, a charity that uses gardening to improve lives, to deliver a 12-week course designed specifically for people living with a lung condition.

Do you enjoy gardening and want to get out more? Join a Breathing Green Air course and:

  • Learn new skills
  • Stay active
  • Meet new people from the local community
  • See how gardening can be made easier

The course will be led by a Thrive horticultural therapist, who each week will take you through a wide variety of gardening activities.

Next course dates

The next courses will be commencing on Thursday 26 April 2018, and will run for 12 weeks at: 

  • The Horticultural Training Centre, Kings Heath Park, Vicarage Road, Birmingham, B14 7TQ
  • Thrive, Geoffrey Udall Centre, Beech Hill, Reading, RG7 2AT
