Interim Database Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a interim database support officer.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

As the only UK charity for people affected by all lung and respiratory diseases – from mild asthma through to lung cancer – the Asthma UK British Lung Foundation Partnership is here for every one of them. We provide support, fund vital research, and campaign for better prevention, treatment and care.

An opportunity has arisen to join our Data Team.  Reporting to the CRM Database Manager your role will be to deliver and support the charity’s Raiser’s Edge CRM which will enable the charity to deliver its organisational strategy and maximise fundraising in a cost effective and efficient way.

You will have experience in supporting and delivering a CRM service in a third sector environment and have experience of Raiser’s Edge. You will have good data extract skills, customer service and a willingness to delivering a quality service,

You will interact with colleagues at all levels and all teams across the organisation and will find this a great opportunity to develop your skills further.
