How Jack stays connected

Jack is a member of the Market Harborough Breathe Easy support group. He shares how technology has helped him stay in contact and share information with others.

He says he's mindful that his Breathe Easy group has a few members who are on their own, so they might like someone to get in touch on the telephone or through a video call, where you can see how people are feeling and help cheer them up.

"One of our members is a very good painter and he shares some of his paintings through WhatsApp and on our Facebook group," he says.

"We have a regular, two-weekly Zoom meeting in our Breathe Easy group. We usually have about 10 or 12 people attending. Some appear by a desktop computer, others by a tablet, and quite a few people just attend using either an Android or an iPhone."
