Remember to cool down every time after you exercise.

After exercise, it’s important to stretch and cool down. This film takes you through a series of stretches to cool down and gradually bring your breathing, heart rate and blood pressure back to their normal levels. It will also help you to avoid any muscle soreness.

Geoff, Yvonne, Mick and Julie demonstrate the stretches, holding each one for 20 seconds. The film lasts 7:37 minutes.
